Meet the Fire behind the Burn

Founded by Chelsey in the heart of Kaka‘ako, Salt + Burn Studio was created to be more than a place to move, it’s a sanctuary where every body belongs.

Chelsey’s vision grew from the belief that movement is medicine, not performance. Inspired by Hawai‘i’s values of inclusivity and aloha, she created a space that welcomes individuals of every shape, size, age, and ability to move with confidence and joy.

At Salt + Burn, our workouts blend strength, mindfulness, and intention, creating a rhythm that challenges and restores in equal measure. You won’t find competition or ego here, just supportive instructors, uplifting energy, and a community that celebrates progress in every form. This is movement with mana, grounded, powerful, and connected.

Come as you are. Move your way. Find your fire. Feel the burn.

Our
Mission

At Salt + Burn Studio, our mission is to cultivate an inclusive movement sanctuary in the heart of Honolulu where every body is celebrated and empowered. We fuse mindful movement with functional conditioning in an atmosphere rooted in aloha, welcoming all ages, abilities, and fitness levels to discover their unique strength.

Through guidance, support, and aloha, we inspire our community to move with confidence, find joy in their journey, and embrace wellness as a lifelong practice rather than a passing goal.
